This is the first time that all of Eliza R. Snow's discourses and poetry have been available in print. Eliza was a Queen & Prophetess in her own rite. Her discourses have filled three complete volumes and are now available.
Selected Discourses of Eliza R. Snow Smith all in one volume is now available to own in print. Eliza was a prophetess in her generation. She was taught and tutored personally by her husband, the Prophet Joseph Smith. She learned firsthand many plain and precious truths of the most sacred tenets of the restored gospel from the Prophet of this last and greatest of all dispensations.
Joseph and Asenath: The Confession and Prayer of Asenath, Daughter of Pentephres the Priest, is an apocryphal writing in an excellent allegorical form. Truly a treasure to find.

What to Know Before Following the Work
Truth Bound Publishing is an independent research and publishing endeavor focused primarily on the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, early Latter-day Saint history, priesthood, temple theology, covenant, and the preservation of the fulness of the Gospel. It also publishes select works on scripture, Christian history, personal growth, family life, and other subjects consistent with its broader mission of seeking and publishing truth.
No. Truth Bound Publishing is an independent publishing and research endeavor. It is not an official publication of, nor is it operated by, any church, denomination, or religious institution.
No. The purpose of Truth Bound Publishing is not to recruit people into an organization or persuade visitors to adopt a particular institutional identity. The aim is to research, document, preserve, and publish material that may help serious students better understand the Restoration, sacred history, and related gospel subjects.
The principal focus is the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the last dispensation, particularly the life and teachings of Joseph Smith, early Mormon history, priesthood, temple ordinances, covenants, divine government, the Kingdom of God, and the preservation and perpetuation of the fulness of the Gospel.
The research may also reach backward into biblical history, ancient patriarchal traditions, early Christianity, and subjects extending from Adam through the present day.
Truth Bound is intended for readers who want to go deeper than surface-level explanations.
It is especially suited for serious students of the Gospel, historians, researchers, teachers, and thoughtful individuals who are willing to wrestle with difficult questions, examine primary sources, consider historical context, and follow the evidence carefully.
Whenever possible, the research gives priority to primary and contemporary sources, including journals, diaries, letters, sermons, revelations, minutes, manuscripts, newspapers, temple records, government documents, early publications, and eyewitness accounts.
Later recollections and secondary histories are also useful, but they are weighed differently and identified accordingly.
Yes. Important history is not always simple, and some of the most meaningful questions involve subjects that have been misunderstood, disputed, simplified, or avoided.
Truth Bound does not pursue controversy for its own sake. The goal is to examine difficult subjects soberly, respectfully, and with as much documentary evidence and historical context as possible.
Yes. Readers may subscribe to receive occasional notices when significant new articles, books, research, or resources are released.
The intent is to keep communication useful and restrained rather than filling inboxes with constant promotional email.
Yes. If you possess journals, letters, manuscripts, photographs, family records, unpublished histories, or other materials that may contribute to Restoration research, Truth Bound welcomes the opportunity to learn about them.
Whenever appropriate, provenance, ownership, privacy, and permissions should be respected before material is published.
Yes. Thoughtful questions are often the beginning of worthwhile research. Suggestions may be submitted through the contact page, although the scope and timing of future projects will depend upon available evidence and current research priorities.
The name Truth Bound carries a deliberate double meaning.
First, it describes the pursuit itself: to be bound for truth—continually seeking it, following the evidence wherever it leads, and resisting the temptation to force history, doctrine, or scripture into a preferred conclusion.
Second, it reflects the work of publishing. Truth studied, gathered, documented, and written becomes bound truth—preserved in books, compilations, documentary histories, and other enduring works.
So the name expresses both the journey and the product: we are bound for truth, and the truths we uncover are bound into books.
That idea lies at the heart of Truth Bound Publishing.
